Apple Dump Cake
2cans (21 oz each) apple pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, thinly sliced
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
Spread apple pie filling into bottom of pan. Top with dry cake mix; use a spoon/spatula to spread evenly. Place butter slices over the top, cover as much of the top with butter as possible.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until mostly dry on top and bubbly around edges. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream.
